Hi guys! I wanted to show you a really neat blog I found called Eating Rules. It’s written by Andrew Wilder, a self reformed eater and a guy who actually puts his principles into practice. Pretty cool.
The blog he writes is neat for several reasons. For one, he’s got a variety of good information for people looking to better their diets, like suggestions of how to find the most healthful items at a salad bar–assuming that one needs to eat at a salad bar for some reason; maybe Old Country Buffet is unavoidable because an aging but still eminently youthful and vibrant grandparent simply can’t pass up a bargain like the early bird discount–or providing an amazing looking recipe for vegetarian enchilada casserole that conforms to the new My Plate standard.
Also, he’s… wait! What’s that? A never before seen picture of Maggie looking disinterested has appeared out of nowhere?? Get it out of here! Maggie being disinterested has no place in this post.
Alright, alright, you’ve had your way, Maggie picture. Now, let me back to what I was saying.
Eating Rules! is cool. The blog is well organized and interesting, but the thing I like best is that it takes an unpretentious look at just how simple healthful eating can turn out to be. That inspires me.
